PRIORY HALL, HALSTEAD: Stop Press! Priory Hall to be Hallmark’s second Retirement Village

Hallmark Developments has acquired Priory Hall, Colchester Road, Halstead, from Essex County Council as the site of the company’s second retirement village.

“Our plans are still in the very early stages,” says Stephen Everington. “We are currently working closely with Braintree District Council planning department and the local people to develop our ideas.We recognise that the Hall has long played an integral part in local life and we intend that our new retirement project will bear that very much in mind.”

Hallmark is an established Essex developer with a growing reputation for a firm vision and a quality product. “We believe that all our clients deserve the best we can provide. The retirement market is demanding, more demanding than may people think, but we believe that we can deliver, in terms of quality and timing, just what that market requires.”

Work should start on site during 2009 with completion aimed for 2010.
