Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk & Norfolk

Specifically:

  • 0.25 acre – 2 Acres: Town centre or neighbourhood locations for retirement apartments and assisted living developments.
  • 2–10 Acres: Outside town with reasonable access to transportation for retirement villages.

Land required for:

  • Quality high and low density homes for the over 55s
  • The need for elderly accommodation is now recognised by local authorities
  • Many developments have C2 planning and are exempt from affordable housing requirements allowing us to maximise densities and land values
  • Low traffic generation and car parking requirements
  • Direct access to main board directors means fast decision making
  • 3% introduction fee for successful transaction
